Introduction

This was a project based on slow fashion meditation to become mindful of what we buy and contribute towards the earths happiness most of which takes years or more to dissolve back in to the earth crust.

Most ends up on landfills, and some get tossed out to charity stores but we don’t always check to see what happens next.

Most of the amazing garments from Zara, Mango, Italian brands and much much more come to the charity shop and after working within the Limassol Charity shop for a year I actually collected a few garments realising it would be not waisted and would be helpful to recycle.

It’s important to have the right mind set when buying clothes as this meditation points out being mindful of what we buy and we are like running water.
