Cultural Tea Bag Product on Plane.

On going product design and research for MA Studies a Design of a selection of Tea Bag Products for Airplane, Geo-graph from London to Tokyo. One of four designs, the experience of a tea ceremony of sharing with the people seated next to you, as one part of the package of a limited addition during winter time. This one on the Geo-graph will be above London, Türkiye, China & Japan on the plane journey, given whilst above its location as an unusual experience for the customer experience. I adjusted the design and theme when going in to my research with prints, design and UX design.

Each design has been carefully designed using a colour questionnaire, and making the prints feel futuristic yet representing each culture using 3d, 2d mediums whilst designing in 2d and using AI to recreate the design, it has been then created now in photoshop re-edited.

Final Designs of Tea Bag Bottles for Geo-graph plane journey.

This is the London Designed tea bottle, I'm thinking like Lego it can detach from the skirt and The reason I changed the design Previously because I felt it was too tribal and similar to feelings in Africa but then I redesigned the shape and added a golden frame to feel it tells a story of you could say Hampton Court Palace or the National Portrait Gallery as these two locations have had an influence on my childhood upbringing location wise, and there is a whole mystery to the design, the prints and colours definitely provide proof of British Heritage but with a twist of the futuristic design.

This was inspired by colours and history within the royal purple being an expensive colour to wear, with gold the prints resemble a traditional print, and has a mystery around the design, The hair I based it on my friend Dilara from Turkey as she put her hair up in balls, and so I felt I wanted to express this within a modern society. Also the steel shiny tea glasses proved an inspiration with the design, I wanted there to be a dark shade to connect the colours together on each tea bottle to keep continuity whilst this would be a winter collection.

For this next one, based on China, I wanted to create a modern twist because todays china is very much progressing at a fast speed in the modernisation culturally but I wanted to use colours that would spark details from the colours and prints. I think also the way they add detail to pottery fascinating plus their love of toys. The design needs more time to explore.

Toyko, this one im really happy with, the design is like a head of a Geisha, or one could think it was a lightbulb as Japan is great for inventing amazing ideas and craft in their works. I wanted to create a print of a flower almost like a lotus flower in the print and have colours which were like night life, as the city is always buzzing, but also modern but traditional, I wanted to make light white to make it feel bright and different to the others.

Here are some more designs of the prints done. They were taken from 3d models to form 3d prints. Which challenged me from using 3d software.
